Most companies struggle on what strategies they can employ to make their employees engage in idea generation over and above their day to day activities and set targets. Some organizations have made strides by having suggestion boxes which are meant to provide feedback or suggest new ways of doing things. However, these suggestion boxes have been found not to be effective and hence the culture of ideation and creativity is not infused withing the corporate framework and strategy..
