Idea generation

"I never knew so many people cared about my work and the small idea I had apparently".......this statement must be familiar in most organizations and the problem here is that people normally shy off from Idea sharing because they view their ideas as being "inferior" and this leads to a gap in innovations in the organizations.

Well, the truth of the matter is that ideas are "genius guesses" hence no idea is inferior or superior at the idea generation point. The most important point to note is that what really matters is an enabling environment where everyone is given an equal chance to bring forth ideas without fear of intimidation.

A supportive environment encourages a balance of individual and collective interests thereby encouraging cooperation and development of trust.
